The Player Support section is dedicated to assisting members with technical issues, in-game concerns, account-related matters, and general server inquiries. Our team is committed to ensuring that all matters are handled professionally and efficiently.
Support Guidelines
- Clearly and fully describe your issue when creating a support thread. Provide all relevant details, screenshots, or evidence where applicable.
- Use an appropriate and descriptive thread title.
- Do not double post, bump excessively, or spam your thread.
- Remain respectful and professional at all times.
- If your issue is resolved, please reply to your thread explaining how it was resolved. This allows future players to reference the solution.
- If you no longer require assistance, notify the staff by replying to your thread so it may be properly closed.
